Customers with active monitoring devices may receive up to 30 messages per month depending on their alert thresholds. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing our products or services.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) to deliver SMS messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
